Journal Article 2024 12 10 <strong>Objective:</strong> A brief look at the international documents related to women's rights that were ratified in the twentieth century reveals a gradual increase in these documents and a substantive change in their subjects. Given the importance of identifying the factors and contexts for the quantitative growth and substantive evolution of international documents related to women's rights during this period, this study was conducted with the aim of identifying the factors and contexts for the evolution of these documents, explaining how the Islamic system positions itself regarding these documents, and predicting future developments of these documents. <strong>Method:</strong> This research was conducted using an analytical-documentary method. <strong>Results/Conclusion: </strong>The findings indicated that the most important factors and contexts for the quantitative growth and substantive evolution of international documents related to women's rights in the twentieth century are as follows: - The dominance of a discourse based on the recognition of inherent dignity and equal rights for all human beings, continuing modern Western thought in international documents related to women's rights; - The consolidation of the undisputed dominance and hegemony of the United States over the global capitalist system and its transformation into a political, economic, and military superpower; - The influence of UN-affiliated institutions by external trends that pursue women's rights according to American standards and deny any gender differences between men and women. <strong>هدف:</strong> با نگاهی اجمالی به اسناد بین‌المللی مرتبط با حقوق زنان که در قرن بیستم تصویب شده است، افزایش تدریجی این اسناد و تغییر ماهوی موضوعات آنها قابل مشاهده می‌باشد. باتوجه به نقش مهم شناخت عوامل و زمینه‌های رشد کمی و تحول ماهوی اسناد بین‌المللی مرتبط با حقوق زنان در این دوران، پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی عوامل و زمینه‌های تحول اسناد بین‌المللی مرتبط با حقوق زنان، تبیین چگونگی موضع‌گیری نظام اسلامی در برابر این اسناد و نیز پیش‌بینی تحولات آینده این اسناد انجام شد. <strong>روش</strong><strong> </strong><strong>پژوهش</strong><strong>:</strong> این پژوهش به‌روش تحلیلی-اسنادی انجام شد. <strong>یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد مهمترین عوامل و زمینه‌های رشد کمی و تحول ماهوی اسناد بین‌المللی مرتبط با حقوق زنان در قرن بیستم عبارتند از: حاکمیت گفتمان مبتنی بر شناسایی کرامت (حیثیت) ذاتی و حقوق برابر همه انسان‌ها در استمرار تفکر مدرن غربی بر اسناد بین‌المللی مرتبط با حقوق زنان؛ تثبیت سلطه و حاکمیت بلامنازع آمریکا بر نظام جهانی سرمایه‌داری و تبدیل آن به ابرقدرت سیاسی، اقتصادی و نظامی؛ اثرپذیری نهادهای وابسته به سازمان ملل متحد از جریان‌های خارج از این سازمان که احقاق حقوق زنان را با معیارهای آمریکایی دنبال کرده و هرگونه تفاوت جنسیتی میان زن و مرد را انکار می‌نماید. http://pzk.journals.miu.ac.ir/article_10458_5d846976f66a22bc128c5eaa4112a774.pdf
