Results: After data analysis and validation, the conceptual model for enriching spousal relationships, approved by experts, included the following components:

3 negative underlying components
15 positive underlying components

7 consequential components

Conclusion: Based on the findings, a conceptual model for enriching spousal relationships was designed, emphasizing the fulfillment of psychological needs and grounded in the narratives of Bihar al-Anwar.
