Article Review Process
* Dear writers!To submit an article, read the Authors Guide section completely.
* The refereeing of articles is double-blind.

The process of judging and accepting the article is as follows:
- Registering the author in the journal system and completing all the relevant forms that are on the main page of the journal.
- Initial review of the article by the editor and specialized editors (maximum 10 working days) and notification to the author.
- If the article gets the initial approval to enter the judging process, plagiarism will be examined, and if the similarity is less than 15%, it will be sent to the judging.
- Sending the article to at least 2 referees at the same time and announcing the result to the author (at most 4 months after sending the article to the referee);
- Only articles with a score of more than 70 will be referred to the author for review, otherwise the article will be rejected.
- 6.If the article needs to be revised, the author has the opportunity to revise and return the article within 20 days.
- Sending the revised article to refereeing: in this stage, the article is reviewed by the same referees who judged the article in the first stage.
- If the article needs a partial revision after step 7, it will be returned to the author for revision, otherwise it will be rejected.
- Examining the revised article in the final stage by the judges and the editorial board and announcing the result to the author.
- Payment of acceptance fee for the accepted articles.
- Final acceptance of the article.
Note 1: The period of revision (the period of time that the article is reviewed by the author for revision) is deducted from the period of judging.
Note 2: Failure to pay the acceptance fee for the article means the author's withdrawal from publishing the article.
Note 3: Revised articles will be refereed only once and will be rejected if the referees' opinion is not satisfied.
